Dr. Boyd Williams...
I have been in business for approximately 30 years. I'm a Rochester native. I'm married and have four children. What makes us unique is our focus on lifetime family wellness. We specialize in care for the entire family – newborns, infants, toddlers, school age, and adolescents through seniors. We utilize the most current state-of-the-art technologies to identify the root-source of pain, as well as to promote maximum health potential in all stages of life. Our new patient evaluation is comprised of an "amazing exam" which includes detailed postural analysis, computerized nerve testing and spinal pictures (x-rays). All of this takes only 30 minutes! We are currently caring for hundreds of individuals and their families in our office every week. Probably more than any other like-facility in this area, we provide regular, on-going teaching and wellness education to provide our 'practice-members' with the best insights and advantages in and through their care in the office. We employ an experienced, fully-trained, expert staff.
Our mission is to remove nerve interference for individuals and families thereby improving health and vitality for a lifetime.
Our philosophy: We believe everyone young and old, has a God given right to be healthy, and that within each of us resides the innate ability to be well. Chiropractic is a natural, safe and scientific form of health care which allows the body to achieve maximum health and lifetime wellness.
It is our committed purpose to share this gift of restoring health and improve the lives of as many people as possible within our community.

Our Special Methods, Skills and Technology
Our Computerized Spinal Screening Exam reveals imbalances in function. These imbalances may be caused by a condition called "spinal subluxations". Spinal subluxations interfere with the communication between the brain and other parts of your body. An examination will determine the presence of this condition. Reference data for Computerized Spinal Screening is from peer-reviewed scientific journals.
MUSCLE TENSION - Surface electromyography (semg) is performed to determine areas of ABNORMAL muscle imbalance and tension. This test measures the level of electrical activity in your back and neck muscles. Significant areas OF ABNORMAL TONE are identified in color on the report. Tension and muscle imbalances may be caused by spinal subluxations. The sEMG test provides objective measurements that assist your chiropractor in determining how subluxations are affecting your health.
THERMAL SCAN - An infared thermal scan is performed to evaluate your autonomic nervous system. Autonomic nerves control your organs, glands, and blood vessels. Imbalances in skin temperature may be caused by spinal subluxations. These areas are identified in color on the report. The thermal scan provides objective measurements which help your chiropractor determine how subluxations are affecting your health.

POSTURAL ANALYSIS - A detailed analysis of posture is an important part of your chiropractic examination period. Imbalances in posture create stress and complications which can ultimately be destructive to health. Posture is the window to the spine. Evaluation of posture for children and/or adults can provide many clues for the underlying cause of many common unwanted health conditions. Your visit to our office will include a detailed analysis of your posture.
